How do these courses work?

When you sign-up for online training or buy an e-learning course, we will send you the links to the relevant resources through e-mail. You can complete the various modules at your convenience from any location. Once you have completed the course and cleared the assessments included, you will be able to generate, and make a print-out of, the certificate.

If you are unsure about the course material or the whole concept of our e-learning method, we can provide you with a free demonstration and you can complete the first module for no additional cost. Yes you can. You’ll get access to your own business admin panel; from there you can allocate courses to your individual employees. You can track their progress too, see if they’ve started passed or failed an allocated course.

Accreditation means an external body have studied the content, the learning outcomes and the presentation styles of each course; they have agreed to put their name against it to confirm that the content is relevant and accurate. Accreditation marks give credibility. Enforcement agencies, external auditors and insurance companies will accept that a definite and measurable standard of training has been achieved by each successful candidate.

Yes you can. You can use a PC, lap top, tablet or smart phone. You could start your studies at work using your PC and later on log on at home (onto the same page) using your smart phone.

No you don’t. You can stop and start as often as you wish, study when it’s convenient to you. When you log on it will always give you the option to continue from where you left off.

On completing a course you can save a copy to your computer and/or print a copy (use a colour printer). Remember, your user name is the name that will appear on the certificate, be careful about using shortened names (e.g. Robert to Bob or Elizabeth to Liz) in case it affects your ability to use the certificate as prior learning for a future training course or other certification.
