Delivery Policy

Classroom based training sessions

These services are delivered according to the location/agreed dates/times in your invoice. Any variance will be intimated through personal email.
A failure to deliver will result in a refund of invoice or rescheduling of location/dates/times.

Online training licenses

These are delivered through a password protected link via email. On arrival in the customer inbox, delivery is considered complete.

Exemptions

The company cannot accept responsibility when disruption is caused through acts of war, terrorism or industrial action by third parties.
The company will consider each event and show reasonable regard to providing the service later or providing a partial or full refund.
