This course is identical to our asbestos awareness courses with the addition of an extra module aimed at architects and designers who are working on buildings that may contain asbestos.
The aim of the course is to highlight the legislation governing asbestos and what responsibilities architects and designers have in relation to working with asbestos. Made up of 5 modules with questions at the end some of the learning outcomes include: recognising asbestos, where it is used, minimising the risks of working with asbestos, understanding the legislation of working with asbestos and responsibilities for architects and designers.
